I recently had the opportunity to work with Transwestern’s Government Services Team and Research Group to develop a report exploring trends in federal hiring and how this might impact the future of federal government leasing. It appears that there may be a significant expansion of the federal workforce, which could represent a positive trend in federal government leasing.
