The Washington Metro region is quickly becoming a burgeoning area for the life sciences and biotechnology industry. As the real estate firm that currently leases large swaths of the Park Potomac business park in Potomac, Maryland, Transwestern was very eager to entice large influential companies to the area. When I was designing the leasing pitch deck that would be presented to the client, it was important for the team to highlight all the incredible modern amenities, highly desirable location, and the incredible opportunity for the client to move into a laboratory that was designed and built to their specifications.
