I conceptualized, planned and designed a personalized visual identity for a new 2-person investment sales broker team, while adhering to Transwestern’s pre-existing brand guidelines. Over the years that this visual identity was in use, the 2 man broker team completed 15-20 transactions over 3 years totaling over 820,000 square feet of flex/industrial space sold, valued at ~$85 million.
